Our classic Finnish sauna with an air temperature of approx. 90 °C presents itself as a rustic Tyrolean parlor. Just the thing for active people to relax their muscles and strengthen their immune system.
The beautiful low-temperature sauna (approx. 60 °C) with lots of old wood has a beneficial effect on breathing and skin thanks to special herbal infusions, and also stimulates the metabolism.
Our Finnish sauna hut, a few steps away from the wellness area, is a retreat for sauna lovers with a view of the surrounding nature. A real wellness highlight at any time of year.
Extremely high humidity at a gentle 45 °C: our traditional Ottoman steam bath increases general well-being, cleanses the skin and has a positive effect on the respiratory tract thanks to the fragrances.
Different ambience, same pleasant effect: The room temperature of 45 °C in the flower steam bath also creates a very high level of humidity. The pores of the skin open up and the airways are cleared.
Ideal after a long day in the Ötztal air: the skin is gently warmed from the inside at approx. 35 °C. This deep warmth relieves muscle tension, eases joint pain, cleanses and purifies.
It completes the positive effects of heat: the cold grotto with natural stones, mist shower, bucket shower and ice fountain provides tingling refreshment in the sauna area and awakens new spirits.
You can rest or simply relax in our relaxation room. In the harmonious ambience with a view of the greenery, you can wrap yourself in soothing silence and recharge your batteries.
