Cross Country Skiing on the valley floor

When it comes to winter sport, the location along the long field delights the cross-country skiier. At an altitude of 1200 meters, it is the perfect spot for fans of the Nordic Parade-Sport, with 60 kilometers of well-maintained trails (which received the Tyrolean Quality rating!).
No trace of boredom
Like pearls on a string, quaint villages and charming homes are scattered along the 20 kilometers of valley floor. Skaters and skiers pass the Aqua Dome, their trail flanked by the majestic mountain ranges of the Ötztal and Stubaier Alps.
Skating and Classic. The width of the valley floor enables the development of large-scale loops and curves to encompass all levels of difficulty. The motto "no trace of boredom" is made real along the 60 meters of trails, 20 kilometers of which are premium prepared Skating trails. .
High Altitude Trail - Gries
Located on the "2nd floor" of Längenfeld, Gries offers athletes an alternative. Should there not be enough snow in the lower valley, Gries offers it's Altitude Trail with guaranteed snow.
Night Cross-Country Trail in Huben
Beginning last winter, Huben has established a 2-kilometer long trail, which is illuminated three times each week for the cross-country enthusiast to enjoy at night.
