Booking Information

for your vacation in the Ötztal

Here you will find all the information for your vacation with us at Hotel Rita in the Ötztal. If you require further information regarding your accommodations, our various Wellness Offers  or the best  travel routes, we are available to assist you.  You may also book your vacation with us in Hotel Rita with our convenient online reservations option. 

Arrival: The rooms are available for check-in starting at 3:00 pm, and your room is guaranteed held until 9:00 pm.  If you plan on a later arrival, please notify us by phone.  

Departure: We respectfully request that you complete your check-out no later than 10:30 am.

Deposit: After your confirmed reservation, and no later than 3 months prior to your arrival, we ask that you please transfer 30% of the fees to the account listed below.  

Final Payment: Your final check-out bill can be paid on or before your departure day, in cash, EC-card (Bankcard), Visa Card, or Mastercard.  

Cancellation Policy: Austrian Hotel Regulations apply to all cancellations, late arrivals, and early departures.  

Up to 3 months prior to arrival date, the cancellation is free of charge.
3 months to 1 month prior to arrival date: 40% cancellation fee applies
1 month to 1 week prior to arrival date: 70% cancellation fee applies
During the last week prior to arrival date: 90% cancellation fee applies 

Insurance: We recommend the purchase of a Trip Cancellation policy:

Dogs: Allowed upon request.  € 8,– per day, no food provided.  In consideration of other guests, dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms.  We also ask for your understanding that we do not permit dogs in our "Jasmina" und "Fortuna" suites.  

Short-Stay Fee: For a short stay, 1 to 3 nights, we charge an additional € 5,– per person each day. 

Package Deals:  For Package Deals  a limited number of rooms are made available to you.  You can only book package deals in advance, and they are not available for purchase after arrival.  Package deals are not transferrable to another person. On package deals no other reduction, for example the Regular clients discount or the Early bird rabate are available.

Rabates are only availabe through direct bookings.

Discount for Overnight Stay with Breakfast: € 8,– will be deducted from the Half-Pension price. 

Internet: Wireless Internet access is available without charge throughout the hotel.  You are welcome to borrow one of our laptops at the hotel reception desk.  

Ski Lift Tickets: Order in advance, and we will happily obtain a ski lift ticket for you.  Cash payment is required.
